Philosophy

You are a complex and nuanced human, designed for wholeness, beauty and truth. However, few of us experience this freedom. Suffering in the world is real and you have your own story and experience with it. You are suffering. You have questions, fears, and anxieties about today and tomorrow. You have grief, shame, pain, and loss from your past. Your pain is real, your losses hurt, even when they don’t make sense. And, if you’re like the majority of people, you likely have nobody who knows your pain or will walk through the depths of it with you.

We want to hold your burden and suffering with you as you look into your life and its brokenness. There is hope for you in the midst of the darkness and confusion. The final chapters of your life have not been written and there is opportunity for a new narrative, new growth and redemption. Our approach to counseling seeks to care for your fullness, to see health and growth in all areas.

Hardships will always exist, but who you are as a person can be different. You may not believe it, but you have the capacity for real, lasting change and health. We believe effective counseling is a significant part of empowering and equipping you to move from shame, pain and fear into a thriving life of hope, perseverance and strength.

Executive Coaching

The core of our philosophy is “know who you are and be it,” not “know who you aren’t and fix it.” A simple concept so few people intrinsically know and live out. You have a unique design for how you see yourself, others and the world. As you lean into your core motivator and learn its strengths you will have the ability not only to navigate your world, but to lead others into new areas of growth and success. You actually have the most important resources to be a blessing to the world — you probably just aren’t utilizing it.

Our coaching is designed to increase your emotional awareness so that you know why you do what you do the way you do it. You will be more adept at understanding yourself, your leadership style and your most effective way to move your business, team and self in the direction that will bring the greatest benefits. Leadership is lonely, we are here to walk through it with you.
